Cancellation
Party deposits are refundable within the first 72 hours of booking. Flexible cancellation and reschedule policies available.
Deposit
A minimum deposit of $75 is required to complete your booking. Deposits for last minute parties (within 72 hours) are non-refundable. Deposits for all other parties are fully refundable within the first 72 hours of booking. Your deposit will be applied towards your total party on the day of the event.
Age Requirements
All ages (young and old) are welcome at Sky Zone. Because limits aren’t really our thing.
Outside Food & Drink
Yes! We have a variety of food, snacks and drinks available for purchase in case you need to refuel in between backflips or after soaring into the foam pit.
Dress Code
SkySocks are required to jump and are sold separately.
Arrival
Party parents, the Guest of Honor, and other Party Guests should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to jump time.
