Cancellation
Reservation must be booked between 3/2/26 to 04/26/26. Event must be held Monday – Friday at participating Chuck E. Cheese locations by no later than 04/26/27.
Deposit
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit will be applied toward your party total on the day of the party.
Age Requirements
Fundraisers are for non-profit, public or private schools with at least 75 enrolled students and for 501(c)(3) organizations with at least 75 participating members that directly benefit children’s causes up to the age of 12.
Outside Food & Drink
Guests may bring their own birthday cake and ice cream. Outside food other than cake or ice cream is not permitted.

Free parking is available on-site.
