Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled booking will receive a full refund to the original payment method or a gift voucher for future use. Cancellations between 24-72 hours prior will incur a $50 fee, with the remaining balance issued as a gift certificate. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will not be refunded.

Age Requirements

You may not use the Site unless you are at least thirteen (13) years old, and may not participate in a Player One VR World VR Experience unless you are at least six (6) years old and have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Guests can cater or bring their own snacks, treats, and drinks.

90 minutes of complimentary parking for guests.

Arrival

Please arrive on time, as your time slot is reserved exclusively for you. Check in with the store host 15-30 minutes before your booking. We cannot begin until your entire party is present, so please consider traffic, parking, and the time needed to walk from parking to the store. We have a strict 5-minute grace period for your reservation. Late Policies: • Arriving less than 5 minutes late will result in a reduced experience. • Arriving more than 5 minutes late will lead to the cancellation of your booking, a $50 fee, and the remainder of your payment will be issued as a voucher for future use. • No-shows will result in automatic cancellation and a complete forfeiture of all payments.

Other Info

All guests must sign a general waiver, which can be completed online or in-store. Guests aged 13-17 may come unaccompanied but must have their waivers signed by a parent or legal guardian. Guests under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
