Cancellation
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for cancellations and no shows. Rescheduling 48 hours in advance is complimentary one time. Late arrival fees will apply if a rebooking occurs more than once.
Deposit
A deposit is required to book a private game.
Age Requirements
Children under the age of 8 are not permitted. Children aged 8-14 must be in a privately booked room with their group, and at least one player must be over 18. Players aged 15-17 must have an adult present upon check in to sign a waiver.
Arrival
All groups are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their reserved time.
