Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance for a full refund minus the deposit.
Deposit
NON-REFUNDABLE $100.00 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Age Requirements
Clean socks are required for everyone entering the play area.
Outside Food & Drink
Families are welcome to bring a Cake or cupcakes for a reserved private party package. No outside FOOD. No outside DRINKS.
Arrival
Remaining balance and extra charges “for additional kids” must be paid before the beginning of the party, no exceptions please.
Capacity
Open Play area will be closed if it is reserved for a private party.
Other Info
Actual party package prices will be itemized on the invoice with the customer, with applicable tax added to the charges. No alcohol is allowed in our facility. No glass containers inside the building. Rough play is not allowed.
