Cancellation
Reservation must be booked between 3/2/26 to 04/26/26. Event must be held Monday – Friday at participating Chuck E. Cheese locations by no later than 04/26/27.
Deposit
No deposit is required to book a Chuck E. Cheese group event. Payment is due on the day of the event for a minimum of 10 guests.
Age Requirements
Event sales must be at least $250.00 to be eligible for a donation.
Outside Food & Drink
Guests may bring their own birthday cake and ice cream; other outside food is not permitted.
Arrival
One party per household per day; multiple booked parties on the same day are subject to cancellation without notice or upon arrival.
Other Info
Sales include all game play, food, drinks and merchandise purchased at the registers the night of your reserved event when your school or organization is mentioned upon ordering.
