Deposits for last minute parties (within 72 hours) are non-refundable. Deposits for all other parties are fully refundable within the first 72 hours of booking.

Outside Food & Drink
With the EPIC and MEGA VIP party packages, you can bring additional food and/or beverages for no extra charge. If you purchased the BASIC party package you can bring food and beverages for a $50 fee.
Dress Code
Socks required to jump. We sell special SkySocks at the park.
Arrival
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your reserved time to ensure your check-in process is smooth.
