📋 Policies
Cancellation
If you notify us of your cancellation in writing 3-weeks (21 days) or more ahead of your event date, $500 of your deposit will be refunded to you. If you notify us of your cancellation within less than 3-weeks (21 days) of your event, none (zero) of your deposit will be refunded to you.
Deposit
We do not offer a full refund of your deposit under any circumstance. Cancellation 21 days or more ahead entitles you to $500 refund.
Age Requirements
Every child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will remain onsite for the duration of the party. No 'drop off' parties are allowed.
Outside Food & Drink
Outside food and catering is welcome. However, absolutely no cooking or open flames (chafing dishes) are allowed.
Dress Code
Shoes are not allowed inside the playground or food area at any time. SOCKS are required for all adults and children.
Arrival
Clients have 45 minutes to set up before the party starts. Additional time can be arranged for a fee based on availability.
Other Info
No substitutions for the party decoration items are permitted.
