Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation at any time. The non-refundable deposit can be used toward a new reservation within one (1) year of the reserved date of the party that was cancelled.
Deposit
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward your party total on the day of the party.
Age Requirements
For 501(c)(3) organizations with at least 75 participating members that directly benefit children’s causes up to the age of 12.
Outside Food & Drink
Chuck E. Cheese Birthday Club offers typically cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions.

Free parking available in the venue parking lot.
Dress Code
Casual attire is recommended, and guests should be in comfortable clothing suited for fun activities.
Arrival
Legitimate birthday parties only. One party per household per day; multiple booked parties on the same day are subject to cancellation without notice or upon arrival.

Reservation must be booked between 3/2/26 to 04/26/26. Event must be held Monday – Friday at participating Chuck E. Cheese locations by no later than 04/26/27. Event cannot be booked more than 365 days in advance.
