Cancellation
Notify at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund, 24 hours for a 50% refund, less than 24 hours no refund.
Deposit
Full payment is required in advance of all VR scheduled sessions. Payment can be completed online, on the phone or in person.
Age Requirements
The age limit at our facility is 7+. Children need to be at least 7 years old to use the headsets and comprehend how to navigate the virtual reality world.
Outside Food & Drink
Outside food is prohibited unless prior arrangements are made and approved by management.
Parking
Please make sure you book enough stations for everyone in your group.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to sign in. Review our TARDY/NO REFUND OR CANCELLATION policy below.
