📋 Policies
Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable after the second cancellation. However, the deposit can be used for rescheduling once.
Deposit
A deposit of at least $50 is required to reserve your event date, depending on the package and party size.
Age Requirements
Only children aged 8 and up can participate in the spa activities unless the service is catered to younger children.
Outside Food & Drink
Snacks can be provided by the venue but are also allowed to be brought in by parents.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and will receive robes during the event.
Arrival
Must have easy access to warm water if choosing a spa party, electricity, and up close parking; (No Hotels please); no parks unless a clubhouse/community center is available in a park w/ water and electricity, and up close parking provided; as well as apartment homes must have parking at entrance or host in the clubhouse with water/electricity as needed).
