Cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation, the non-refundable deposit can be used toward a new reservation within one (1) year of the reserved date of the party that was cancelled.
Deposit
We require a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit will be applied toward your party total on the day of the party.
Age Requirements
Children must be under 52 inches tall to access the trampoline zone.
Outside Food & Drink
Guests may bring their own birthday cake and ice cream, but outside food other than cake or ice cream is not permitted.
Parking
Free parking is available on-site.
Arrival
Each household may book only one $99.99 birthday party for a given day. Additional parties booked on the same day (by the same household) are subject to automatic cancellation without notice.
Booking
Birthday packages must be booked online in advance and are not available for walk-ins.
Other Info
If we determine in our reasonable discretion that you scheduled a Group Event to hold a Birthday Party, the per child pricing will be increased to the lowest Birthday Party package pricing per child.
