Cancellation
All payments are nonrefundable. If a cancellation is necessary; the full deposit may be transferred to a gift card as store credit.
Deposit
A $200 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount.
Age Requirements
Children under the age of 13 cannot be left alone without parent or guardian supervision.
Outside Food & Drink
Outside food or beverages are not allowed, except for cake.
Arrival
Party parents and guests should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to jump time to check-in.

Early arrivals are not guaranteed immediate assistance due to scheduling of prior parties.

Outside food is restricted to desserts, veggie and fruit trays only. Individual portions may be brought for jumper with dietary restrictions.
