📋 Policies
Cancellation
Only the client who originally booked with us may cancel the booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel after the initial 48-hour confirmation period, the deposit will be retained.
Deposit
We require a 50% deposit for any service you book with us. The booking is finalized when we receive your deposit in our account. The outstanding balance is due 5 days before the event.
Outside Food & Drink
Parking must be provided (or costs reimbursed) by the client/parent. This has not been included in your event price.
arrivals
We plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the agreed-upon puppet show start time.
load in out
Upon venue entry we will discuss load in parameters, after performance, we will load out using efficient load in parameters.
performing area
Please ensure the performance area is on an almost level, solid or grass ground.
schedule changes
Contact us on the day of the event as we may need to adapt to conditions at the performance space.
sound
Excessive ambient noise can hinder the performance. We focus heavily on interaction with the kids while not being too loud.
