Cancellation
We have a strict NO CANCELLATION/NO REFUND policy. All sales are final and nonrefundable regardless of whether you show up for your reservation or the reasoning for you not being able to make it.
Deposit
Reservations must be paid in full. Walk-ins may pay with cash if there is room available.
Age Requirements
Recommended Age: 13 and above (We will NOT refuse anyone who is under the recommended age to play the game.)

All booking tickets must be purchased directly from Chronos Escape Room.
Arrival
I agree to arrive 15 minutes early for the presentation. I understand the timer starts at my booking time, and late arrivals lose play time.
