Cancellation
Your reservation may be cancelled and/or rescheduled at any time. If you need to cancel your reservation, the non-refundable deposit can be used toward a new reservation within one (1) year of the reserved date of the party that was cancelled.
Deposit
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit will be applied toward your party total on the day of the party.
Age Requirements
Fundraisers are available for schools with at least 75 enrolled students or 501(c)(3) organizations with at least 75 participating members.
Outside Food & Drink
Guests may bring their own birthday cake, ice cream, and table decorations. Outside food other than cake or ice cream, piñatas, cups, and outside entertainment are not permitted.
Parking
Chuck E. Cheese birthday party packages are not available for walk-ins. All parties must be booked online in advance.
Arrival
Members must register at least 7 days before their child's birthday to receive that year's benefits.
