Cancellation
Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours in advance and we can reschedule your game for a future time. For a full refund please cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
Age Requirements
Children under age of 10 are not recommended, but are welcome to join their family. Children 13 and under need a parent present at all times inside the room. Babies and toddlers that are either held or in a carrier the whole game are allowed to enter without charge.
Outside Food & Drink
Food, catering lunch, or birthday cake is allowed in the lobby, but no food or drinks inside the rooms.
Parking
You'll need to leave a valid credit card on hold with our staff until items are returned at the end of your game.
Arrival
Show up 15 minutes prior to the start of your adventure for briefing and questions. Late arrivals will result in less time to complete the experience.
