Cancellation
The membership is month-to-month. Just give us a 3-day heads up and we’ll process the cancellation. You’ll still have access to all the awesome membership benefits and perks until your cancellation date.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Age Requirements
Children under the age of 13 cannot be left alone without parent or guardian supervision.
Outside Food & Drink
You can bring cake and other dessert items free of charge; however, if you wish to bring additional food, there will be a $50 fee.
Dress Code
Socks are required to jump. Special SkySocks are available for purchase.
Arrival
Guests should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to jump time to check-in.
