Cancellation
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations made 4-24 hours in advance receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking. Cancellations less than 4 hours before your session or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Deposit
A deposit may be required for larger parties and is included in the total pricing.
Age Requirements
Minimum age is 8 years old for VR experiences. Children ages 8-12 must have a parent or guardian present.
Outside Food & Drink
No outside food or beverages are allowed, except for cake for birthday parties.
