Cancellation
Reservation may be cancelled and/or rescheduled at any time, with non-refundable deposit usable for future reservations within 1 year.
Deposit
No deposit is required to book a Chuck E. Cheese group event. Payment is collected on the day of the event for a minimum of 10 guests.
Age Requirements
Only children aged 12 and under can participate in the Group Outings package activities without adult supervision.
Outside Food & Drink
Guests may bring their own birthday cake and ice cream. Other outside food is not permitted.
Parking
Free parking available on-site for guests.
Arrival
Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Booking
Reservation must be booked between 3/2/26 to 04/26/26. Event must be held Monday – Friday at participating Chuck E. Cheese locations by no later than 04/26/27.
