Cancellation
The deposit will be applied toward your party total on the day of the party. If you need to cancel your reservation, the non-refundable deposit can be used toward a new reservation within one (1) year of the reserved date of the party that was cancelled.
Deposit
Chuck E. Cheese requires a non-refundable $50 deposit to book a birthday party. The deposit applies toward the total bill. Cancellations can be rebooked using the deposit within 1 year.
Age Requirements
Enter the age your Birthday Star will be turning, not their current age, when booking.
Outside Food & Drink
Guests may bring their own birthday cake, ice cream, and table decorations. Outside food other than cake or ice cream, piñatas, cups, and outside entertainment are not permitted.
Parking
Parking is available on-site and is free of charge.
Dress Code
Casual attire is encouraged.
Arrival
All parties must be booked online in advance. Reservations can be made up to 60 days ahead and require a non-refundable $50 deposit.
Other Info
Each household may book only one $99.99 birthday party for a given day. Additional parties booked on the same day (by the same household) are subject to automatic cancellation.
