Check cancellation policies at the time of booking, often deposits may be non-refundable if cancelled close to event dates.

Deposit

If your rental of a pony, petting zoo, inflatable, trackless train etc will require EXPEDITED INSURANCE PROCESSING, your rate for this item will be HIGHER than the standard insurance processing fee.

Age Requirements

For toddlers and more youthful children, any of the Sesame Street party characters is a sure – fire hit. The Paw Patrol characters are also an excellent choice for a children’s party costume character rental.

Outside Food & Drink

: Just like weekend reservations, HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS SELL OUT FAR IN ADVANCE. This includes but is not limited to: PONY & PETTING ZOO RENTALS FOR HALLOWEEN AND EASTER – SANTA CLAUS ON AND AROUND XMAS – TRACKLESS TRAIN RENTALS ON OR AROUND HALLOWEEN AND XMAS.

Parking

If your event will require us to drive a distance of greater than 20 miles each direction, we may add a mileage fee based on the total distance we will be required to travel.

Dress Code

Adult size mascots or live characters recommended for entertaining kids.

Arrival

A normal rental duration is Thursday till Monday. If you require additional time, just tell us and our company will be happy to help make agreements.

Booking

Make your reservation online at least 10 days before your gathering to guarantee lower charges. Last– minutes bookings can require RUSH shipping charges.
