Cancellation less than 5 days prior to your event, 100% of your total payments will be retained and no credit will be issued.

Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive a non-refundable deposit of the minimum booking.
Age Requirements
Players should be on a laptop or desktop with mouse control. Mobile devices are not recommended.
Outside Food & Drink
We do not allow any outside food or drinks to be brought into the facility besides cake/cupcakes and bottled water.
Arrival
If your request is less than 24 hours to your booking time, please submit your form first and then send an email to events@atgEscapeRooms.com, put Online 24 in the Subject line.
