📋 Policies
Cancellation
To receive a makeup credit, you must cancel or reschedule at least 1 hour before your session. Makeups must be used within 14 days of the original date. No-shows do not receive credits. All sales are final.
Deposit
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Applies to all party types.
Age Requirements
Only children 6 and under (older children are not allowed).
Outside Food & Drink
Outside food and drinks are welcome, may only be consumed in the break areas or XL party room.
Dress Code
We are a shoeless facility. All people going past the reception area are required to remove their shoes and leave socks on. We recommend grippy socks!
Arrival
You may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to your party start time for setup only.
Other Info
Everyone needs a waiver if they’re going past our reception area. To save time, we ask to complete it prior to arrival. It can be found under our Waiver tab on our website. They’re good for one year from date of completion and do not need to be completed for every visit – unless you’re bringing a child that hasn’t visited before.
