📋 Policies
Cancellation
Once tickets are sold out for a specific date and time, there will be no additional tickets for sale (for that date and time).
Deposit
A $50 deposit is required to secure the party reservation and is not refundable if the event is canceled.
Age Requirements
All persons under the age of 18 must wear a helmet. All persons under the age of 14 must wear a life jacket on boats.
Outside Food & Drink
All outside vendors must obtain a Public Property Permit from the County of Orange for the following activities: Catering, moon bounces, clowns, face painters, animal shows, or any other activity in which a fee is paid to the vendor. The permit must be obtained 30 days prior to the event.
Parking
Parking fees are separate and must be paid upon entry to the park. $3 per vehicle on weekdays, $5 on weekends, $7 on holidays.
Arrival
Growers are responsible for bringing their entries to the weigh-off by 7:30 am. Weigh-off staff will move pumpkins by forklift. All entries will be handled with care.
Other Info
All outside vendors must obtain a Public Property Permit from the County of Orange for certain activities.
